The air has turned crisp, the leaves are changing/falling, and Caribou has started selling their Pumpkin Spice lattes – this can only mean one thing, it’s officially fall in Minnesota. I love every season in Minnesota, but fall holds a special place in my heart! Here’s a few things I recommend doing in Minnesota before winter hits.
- Road trip to see the changing of the leaves

- Visit an apple orchard
- Personal favorite: Afton Apple Orchard (they have raspberries, strawberries, and other delicious fruits!)
- Get pumpkins at a pumpkin patch
- Personal favorite: Nelson Farm
- Celebrate Oktoberfest
- Personal favorite: Gasthof Zur Gemütlichkeit restaurant
- Get lost in a corn maze
- Personal favorite: Twin Cities Corn Maze
- Get spooked in a haunted house
- Personal favorite: Soap Factory
- Visit a winery
- Personal favorites: Cannon River or Saint Croix vineyard
- Head to a Friday Night Lights game!
